Reset Your Gratitude Meter

This past week inside of our community we've been doing intentional work to reset (and for some of us, activate) our gratitude meters - so I want to remind you the importance of doing the same.

Gratitude is the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful.

Gratitude is a small thing that can benefit you, your tribe and anyone else in an astronomical way. So many stressful things happen in everyday life, whether conflicts with family members, financial concerns, or health problems. But thinking about everything you have to be grateful for—from the friends and family in your life to the clothes on your back to the food on your table—can help put any and all challenges into a perspective that brings you to a place of complete partnership with Christ.

Of course, what better source to seek inspiration for and truth about gratitude than the Bible? #biblicaltruths

As we make our way to the end of one year and the beginning of another, it is imperative to our pursuits that we do the necessary work to master our minds. A major component to mind mastery is resetting and/or activating your gratitude meter.

Having a heart of gratitude increases spiritual peace, spiritual vision and spiritual stamina.

When we pray and give thanks to God, even in difficult times, we are promised to be given grace and strengthened faith. Read over these #biblicaltruths during times of distress, sadness, or any time of the year to strengthen your heart, improve your vision, or just make a joyful noise. The same instructions apply here as in our community:

  • Don’t just read, speak these #biblicaltruths out of your mouth over yourself, family, friends & others!

  • Stand firmly on these #biblicaltruths!

  • Believe that you have the power and the authority through Christ to mentally and physically align yourself with God's word.

  • Share this post! People have to know that God's power still works, period.
